Indefinite Detention and Torture Act – The American Dictatorship

I’m going to keep this simple because I want you to be able  to formulate your own opinions and give you time to take this all in. It’s no use if I just ramble along as usual. There is something floating around called National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 or for short NDAA FY2012, sounds innocent, yeah? Well think again, in reality this is the Indefinite Detention and Torture Act about to be signed and passed by Barack Obama NOW. This thing flew by the House and Senate without even a double take and is now being signed by our “president”.

The bill is updated annually to outline spending for the Department of Defense. Any American that is a “suspected terrorist” can be detained in prison indefinitely and subjected to torture tactics previously outlawed.

“What this legislation does,” lectured Senator Karl Levin earlier this month, “says from the Congress’ point-of-view, that we expressly authorize the indefinite detention” of someone deemed a threat. “We recognize the authority of this president and every other president to hold an enemy combatant indefinitely, whether they are captured home or abroad, because that only makes sense.”

The problem is that there is a difference between an enemy combatant and a United States Citizen, unless you are trying to say that US citizens are the enemy? An enemy combatant, during a time of war, can be held indefinitely but a citizen of this country must go through the process of the Justice system which isn’t very good mind you. When asked, “How long can you hold them?” Senator Lindsey Graham responded “As long as it takes to make us safe.”

The senator added that, “when you join the enemy…we aren’t worried about how we’re going to prosecute you right away.”

Therefore, under this Act the Miranda rights will not be read to you and you will not be able to get an attorney…..good luck. Make sure you get Barack Obama what he wanted for Christmas because under this act he also has the right to send American-born citizens to other countries to be detained and tortured….don’t get him mad.

“Chaos Is Our Greatest Ally”: Confusion Surrounding Gaddafi’s Death

Prologue: George W. Bush mistakenly said in a speech once, “Chaos is our greatest ally” he quickly tried to salvage what he said by switching “our” to “their” in an attempt to refer to Al-Qaida but we all know who Al-Qaida is, right? “Chaos is our greatest Ally” proved to be true once again as complete chaos ensued while Gaddafi was captured. Saif also said, “It’s a chaos, a really big chaos!” referring to the situation in the Benghazi area early in the revolution. What role did chaos play in the revolution and whose ally was it?

Right now folks, I’m just as confused as Gaddafi was when the NTC forces caught him. I just have one question now, why is there so much confusion surrounding this mans death?  Let’s be honest, we all know what it feels like when some one gets killed. John F. Kennedy was assassinated, no one had a doubt because we all saw what happened. The dispute arises when we start questioning where the bullet(s) came from and who fired it. Martin Luther King was assassinated, no one had a doubt because we can see the pictures but the dispute arises when we question who fired the shot and from where. Robert Kennedy was assassinated, no one had a doubt because we all saw the video but once again the dispute arises when we question who fired the shots, from which direction did they come from and why does the “assassin” not remember the incident even to this very day?

Folks, the list can go on and on. Lee Harvey Oswald was assassinated, no one had a doubt because we all saw jack Ruby jump out of the crowd and shoot him. The problem is that this scenario, with Gaddafi, it just doesn’t match up with the other “famous” killings, murders, and assassinations. There are just too many question to be asked and not enough answers to be given. It reminds me too much of Hitler, he killed him self in a bunker as berlin was being invaded by Russia. When the reality is that a BBC radio broadcast stated that a Russian general in Berlin said they found six dead Hitler’s non of which were the actual Hitler. To this very day there is no and I repeat absolutely NO proof that Hitler not only died but killed himself in that Bunker on that day in Berlin. Yet, there are numerous reports of Hitler’s escape to Spain and/or Argentina after the fall of Berlin. Anyway, that story is for another day.

You see, I get the same feeling as the Hitler fiasco. Too many questions, not enough proof. Just Like Saddam, 8 months later US troops pull out this guy, and only God knows who he is, with this massive beard that looks nothing like Saddam and everyone is like “here he is now lets hang him!”  Osama Bin Laden, US Seal Team Six goes into Pakistan invades their air space and their soil kill this man, and only God know who they really killed, and are somehow able to retrieve his body through the hail of bullets and explosions while displaying a live video to the White House. They took a picture of Osama Bin laden’s dead body but they don’t want to show it, so instead they throw his body in the sea according to Islamic traditions. That is the biggest load of hogwash I’ve ever seen and I’ve seen lots of hogwash.

Add Gaddfi’s death to the list with Hitler, Saddam, and Osama Bin Laden. The list of the most mysterious, questionable, confusing, proofless, conspiratorial, and outright amazingly ridiculous series of events to ever revolve around the death of a single person. Don’t get me wrong I’m not a Gaddafi supporter but I’m also not a supporter of elite groups tricking the world into thinking they killed a tyrant when in reality they didn’t, elite groups of which Gaddafi himself is a proud member. Gaddafi was a liar and a thief of the highest kind. He changed the Quran, he called himself a prophet, he created the title “King of Kings” for himself and he was witness to countless persecutions and hangings of his own people without trial. He is the worst of the worst, the lowliest of the low, darkest of the dark and people say that eyes are windows into your soul….qouting the guy that took his picture at the UN meeting, “he had no eyes.”

This is a man who knows about religion, his relatives are Jewish, he is supposedly Muslim. Yet, he took the path of the Devil using Black Magic to get his way like the Pharaohs of Egypt. I’m glad that he’s dead but I know we got tricked…..again.

Muammar Gaddafi is Dead: Fact or Fiction?

Gaddafi Captured by NTC forces

The events of Gaddafi's capture

After a long and grueling battle, Libya’s revolutionary fighters finally overran Sirt and chased down Gaddafi. The problem? Gaddafi was leaving in a convoy when French NATO pilots bombed it. Remarkably, out of the 50 or so burned and charred corpses and wreckage, Muammar managed to escape (yet again) with a small group of guards. So he ran, 007 golden gun in hand, and hid in a sewer pipe. One of Gaddafi’s guards began waiving his rifle with a white cloth at the tip yelling, “My master is injured.” As the fighters got closer he began shooting at them. When the fighters finally closed in they found his body guards dead, one shot in the head and the other his head cut off, and Muammar in the sewer pipe. He showed little resistance when they caught him.

According to the videos shown later on, he was paraded on the hood of a truck bloody with no shoes on. He was taken off the hood to a wild crowd of people pushing and shoving. One man even lunged at Muammar Gaddafi and when people pulled him off someone pulled Gaddafi’s hair. We see another video of Gaddafi laying on his stomach, his shirt partially ripped off and a small pool of blood. When they roll him on his back in the video, he appears dead. They later report that he died on his way to a hospital in Misrata 120km away from Sirt. After pictures of a dead Gaddafi begin appearing, the National Transition Council makes a statement saying that Gaddafi in fact died from a bullet to the head while caught in the crossfire between NTC forces and Gaddafi Loyalists.

The story you hear above is just 1 account of what happened. There are numerous accounts of what happened to Gaddafi and all of them are conflicting. Some say when the fighters closed in on him at the sewer pipe, he yelled, “Don’t shoot my sons!” others say when they caught him he said: “What happened? What do you what?” as if he doesn’t know the “rats” are looking for him.

Some people say he was shot in the upper left shoulder, some say he was shot in the arm, more specifically some say his right arm. Some say he was shot in the leg, others say he was shot in both legs. Some people even say he was shot in the back and others say he was shot in the stomach. One account even says that he had no wounds when they caught him in the pipe and that later on some one shot him in the crowd of people.

Some say he died on his way to the hospital in the crossfire, but then we see a video of him apparently dead on the concrete outside. Someone even said that they took a piece a hair for DNA testing and his hair turned out to be “artificial”.

When the very first reports came out that Gaddafi was captured I remember Aljazeera saying he was surounded in a building. Then they changed it and said he was caught while trying to leave in a convoy and then they said he was caught in a sewer pipe. One man even went on record live on Aljazeera English to say that Gaddafi was sleeping in a building with his guards when some one shot him with a 9mm hand gun.

So we have a Gaddafi with 8 different bullet wounds, who was caught in 3 different places, he said “don’t shoot” and then he didn’t know what happened or who his captors were, his body guard’s head fell off, he has a golden gun and his hair is fake.

Now I’m no detective but when there are that many wildly conflicting stories, each contradicting each other, something is just not right. Remember folks this is what happened with 9/11, conflicting stories in the begin and then they settle on a final story that still doesn’t make sense. If nothing was hidden, if the truth was right in front of everyone’s eyes, why would there even be 1 conflicting story.

If you still don’t believe that something fishy is going on here’s the knock out punch, an article was released 6 days before Gaddafi’s capture and eventual death stating that the NTC were tracking Gaddafi’s whereabouts by satellite and that he was in the desert of Libya south of Sebha. By this point only 1 city in Libya was partially under pro-Gaddafi control. How did he get from the desert south of Sebha to Sirt without an encounter with NTC forces? Sirt was surrounded from all directions, NTC fighters were already controlling major parts of Sirt. How did he enter the city without getting captured? If he entered the city why was he trying to escape?

These are the questions that must be asked and the very reason that these question exist are suspicious in itself.

Gaddafi’s Timetable: Predicting The End #3

Just wanted to add to the previous posts in terms of what I have learned so far. We have a few “weird” events that took place in Tripoli. So, lets just recap the whole situation. We have a man and his sons, this man is the brutal dictator of Libya. He started a war against his own people, he called them “rats.” He gave them Benghazi, a bunch of rusty old soviet-era weaponry and said “Fight!”

This man said he will never surrender, he will live and die in his country (Libya). His son said he will live and die in this country. This man said he was in the capital city Tripoli. He said come and get me if you’re feeling strong, not his exact words but….you know. He had followers in this city, people to do as he wished, gathering at the “Green Square” every night to “celebrate” this man’s 42 year rule. he told then to dance, to dance and sing. He gave them weapons and he taught them how to use these weapons. He said when the rats come we’ll kill them.

The rats were on their way and they had help. NATO signed up for the noble cause and by being the “eagle” in the sky they helped the rats get closer.  This man was a talkative man, he often gave speeches to his loyal followers. In these speeches he called the rats “al-Qaeda terrorists” and he called NATO the “crusaders.” So, the al-Qaeda crusader terrorist rats marched on to Tripoli unphased by this mans seemingly nonsensical ramblings.

As the war went on the rats became Lions and Tigers, Fighters of Freedom, Defenders of the Oppressed.

Were they perfect? Heck no, but who is?

Did they know how to fight? Heck no, but who does?

After months of fighting and night after night of commanding his dear followers to dance and sing, the man stopped showing his face. He addressed his dear loyal followers by audio only. Nevertheless, his loyal followers didn’t care to question this, they continued on dancing and singing. As this man dared the Freedom Fighters to come to Tripoli, the Lions of Misrata and the Tigers of Jabil Nafusa were well on their way. When the people of Tripoli rose up from the from the prison city they lived in and broke the shackles that this man had put on them, a mighty uprising it was indeed.

By now all of Libya was against this man, all of Libya was free. However, something interesting happened. After 6 months of taunting and daring the rats to come to Tripoli, this man was nowhere to be seen. His dear loyal followers vanished, and the man disappeared into thin air only his old coarse voice can be heard urging his loyal followers to fight the rats that had taken over Tripoli. By now these weren’t rats in Tripoli these were people, not a violent people but a kind people. These were people in Tripoli that never wanted to fight but they had no choice.

This man is Muammar Al-Gaddafi, he hasn’t shown his face in months, only releasing audio messages. His followers just vanished in Tripoli and now Gaddafi regime spokesman, Musa Ibrahim, says they have enough people to fight back for months or even years. Where did they get these people from? Are they the followers in Tripoli? Were they evacuated before the uprising? Where is Muammar Al-Gaddafi? Why are his sons still in Tripoli but Muammar won’t show his face and can’t be found? So many questions and even more questions have emerged with the Tripoli uprising. One fact remains evident, 8/23/11. Does this date look familiar? This is the date that Freedom Fighters in Tripoli stormed Muammar Gaddafi’s compound. 8+23+11=42 Muammar Al-Gaddafi has been in power for 42 years. Coincidence? perhaps but not likely this is not his birthday or something this is a seemingly random date. They could have stormed his compound at anytime. They were fighting in Tripoli for 3 days.

Gaddafi’s Timetable: Predicting The End #2

Okay, so BIG developments with Libya and mainly Tripoli. The buzz on Twitter is that all of Tripoli is free at the moment. A few rumors are floating around Twitter as well.

Supposedly, Saif Al-Gaddafi (Muammar Al-Gaddafi’s Son) has been captured and there is currently fighting around the Rixos hotel which houses Mussa Ibrahim (Libya Spokesperson) and Yousif Shakir (propaganda specialist). Reports are saying that Gaddafi’s security force has surrendered.

Now these are all just reports and rumors from Twitter by people who are Tweeting from Tripoli or within Libya. I will update to further confirm these reports.

However, something rather interesting happened as well…..Muammar Al-Gaddafi is nowhere to be seen. He has apparently disappeared. Now, while it may seem that my timetable of at least September may be wrong I still stand by it. Libya will not be safe so long as Muammar is still at large where ever he may be hiding.  I didn’t expect Tripoli to fall this fast and I was really expecting a big disastrous fight in Tripoli. The Freedom Fighters of Libya apparently took the city of 1.5 million in just 1 day.

Update: Apparently Muammar Gaddafi’s other son Muhammad has surrendered to Freedom Fighters. Also reports that Saif Al-Gaddafi had little security when he was captured – almost as if he wanted to be captured yeah? more coming.

Update #2: Saif Al-Gaddafi has not been captured, it was a hoax. His other son Muhammad was also never captured.

Update #3: October 20th 2011 – Muammar Gaddafi was captured and killed by NTC forces in Sirt. Mutassim Gaddafi was also captured and subsequently executed also in Sirt.

My 300th Post, on record

well, this is my 300th post. A milestone if you ask me, so I didn’t want to just post anything. I wanted to post something that would document this 300th post.

Here it is,

This is my 300th post! Woooo!

Gaddafi’s Timetable: Predicting The End

I just wanted to touch up on the Gaddafi problem for a moment. I know Gaddafi’s personality very well, as do most Libyans. When he says he’s going to do something you must take it seriously. However, he has a few tendencies that if we pay attention too we can more accurately predict what he will do and when he does it.
He reminds me of the Riddler, one of Batmans enemies, he often gives you an insight into what he will do and when in his own speeches. Almost like he’s telling you through riddle. I don’t know if this has to do with the Black Magic that he uses or if its something else.
I knew the second the revolution started that Gaddafi was not going to leave for a long time. You’re going to have to take my word for this one but I even predicted at the time that Gaddafi won’t leave at least until September.

Two reasons lead me to predict this:

1. He is an enemy of religions and he wants to fight during Ramadan and during the Eid celebration
2. September 1st is the anniversary of his Fatah revolution and we all know he has to celebrate that right?

I really wanted to cut to the chase with this post. I’m going to be updating the Gaddafi problem informally as it is very rapidly developing. So, consider this the first in the series.

I am currently in the process of creating a timeline of all his speeches since the revolution.

A Revolution Too Late?

I never got a chance to publish this but I think its just as relevent today as it was on January 27th.  enjoy!

The protest videos eerily resemble the protests in Tunisia which toppled their 23 year dictatorship headed by the exiled Zine Al-Abedine Ben Ali. Since the start of this revolutionary wave by Tunisia, one thing has stuck in the back of my mind. Could this be true? First Tunisia, then Algeria, then Egypt, Yemen, Jordan, Libya, Mauritania, what exactly is going on? Why after 23 years with Ben Ali, 30 years with Mubarak, why after 42 years of rule by Muammar Gaddafi are the people just starting to begin to rise up?

The reason this all started is not because of unemployment or high prices. Yes, the Arab countries have a very, very high unemployment rate with Libya nearly 30% and the rest of the Arab countries in the 10% range. Yes, people can’t afford to buy food or have decent home. If this was the case, these countries would have revolted long ago. Why wait 30 years? How could anyone possibly live under those conditions for 42 years, half a lifetime, and not lift a finger or raise a voice?

This all started because someone lit himself on fire. Then, someone else lit himself on fire. After that, 7 people lit themselves on fire. At first I thought, “the poor man couldn’t handle it any longer, he had nothing left.” but when everyone started copying…….that’s what got me worried. These are Arab countries with Islam being practiced by the majority. It is a horrible sin to commit suicide in Islam, as it is the same for Christianity. It was better for these people to fight and die for their people, their country, and their freedom that to light themselves on fire.

Was it better that they kill themselves than kill other people? Yes. Was it better that they kill themselves and leave their brothers and sisters to fight for their freedom and their rights as human beings? Absolutely not! Ladies and gentlemen, I am worried. I always thought and knew with confidence that the Arab people would never run a successful revolution. The day the Tunisians revolted, I thought I was wrong. Now, I’m starting to think I was right.

Tunisia and Egypt are American backed countries and yet America has silently stood buy. If they are American backed countries that means America has some sort of involvement. What kind of involvement, military, espionage, economic, political? Who knows, but we can assume that America has some sort of presence. The basics of a revolution are as follows:
1.Ruler treats people bad, unemployment, no food/water, no housing, etc.
2. people demand change
3. change does not come so people protest
4. Ruler tries to quill protest by shooting people and asserting his power
5. people get even more angry and kick ruler out
6. new ruler takes charge

Now, the people can either bring in this new ruler or the army can stage a coup. We know obviously that all of the dictators in the Middle eastern/ Arab countries are puppets. In other words, people control them, tell them what to do, they tell them when to leave and they tell them when to come. What would happen if the old ruler did all of the above on purpose. When the people revolted he left and the “new” leader was ready to take charge after the smoke cleared but all along this “new” leader was put in by the same people who put the old leader in his place.
What I’m trying to say is that this could be the “Arab Union.” We have the European Union, African Union, and the Arab League. Remember how the United nations started? It was first the League of Nations after WWII and then formed into what is now today the United Nations. The Arab League could very easily follow that path. Which would then only leave is with the Asian Union, North American Union, South American Union and a clever solution for Russia and central Asia.

Honestly speaking I don’t how this will turn out but it seems that this could be a step towards an Arab Union or some sort of fake khilafa. This of course can’t happen overnight, this is but a small step in a direction of which I have no idea but can only speculate the possibilities using the process of elimination.
Do your own research, monitor this situation yourselves and let me know what you find.

Libya is on Fire, Protests Fill The Streets!

Libya has all of a sudden erupted into a fiery ball of rage! Today (Feb. 17th 2011) marks the “day of rage” and a day of rage it most certainly is. Feb.17th was chosen because on that same day in 2006 what was originally protests about the Prophet Muhammad cartoons ended up being anti-Gaddafi protests.

Protests started well before Feb.17th 2011 but due to all media being banned in Libya, no one really knew. people are out on the streets all over Libya starting from Benghazi, Al-Bayda, to Zentan and the outskirts of Tripoli. Currently, no anti-Gaddafi protests are being held in Tripoli due to the pro-gaddafi people occupying the Green Square.

Muammar Gaddafi’s response? Shoot people from helicopters! Protesters in Libya are being shot at by snipers, from helicopters, and from police and revolutionary guards on the streets. It is complete pandemonium and no one really cares. Turn on any international news tv station and its Bahrain, Yemen, and Egypt non stop with a quick 30 second spot of Libya with state tv footage of pro-gaddafi protesters. Thanks that helps!

Don’t get me wrong, I have no problem with the  abovementioned countries and I hope the best for them. At the same time you can’t forget that Muammar Gaddafi, one of the worlds most notorious terrorists and longest running Dictator is waging war against his own people. He is clearly violating every right that a human being has and the news gives us 30 seconds of pro-gaddafi protesters. He killed people while they were praying to God and the news gives us 30 seconds of pro-gaddafi protesters. He’s hiring mercenaries from Africa, he’s releasing murderous prisoners and giving them swords, cars, money and unleashing them on the Libyans and the news gives us 30 seconds of pro-gaddafi protesters.

What kind of world is this? Someone needs to either tell me what kind of world this is or wake me up because I must be dreaming!

More news coming atcha!
