The in-game XMB and trophies along with a gamercard system similar to Xbox Live are going to be available in the 2.40 firmware update this Wednesday.

Sony is preparing a non-game service for its PlayStation 3 console that at first glance is similar to one available on Nintendo’s Wii.

Sony announced a that it will launch a movie download service for the PlayStation 3 this summer in the U.S. market.

Ok, big news to today. Rumor has it that Sony will release a trophy and gamer card system on the PS3 mimicking Xbox Live. Update 2.36 has already been released and 2.40 is on the way and that’s the update were takin about.

PC gaming as been struggling lately with the piracy plague and publishers being afraid to release PC games because of that. Nevertheless, Microsoft has shown 16 PC games at the Games For Windows media briefing in San Francisco.

The MSI WIND was delayed until June 27th and will ship with a 3-cell battery instead of a 6-cell battery. It will retail in the U.S for $479.00!
I can’t wait to get my hands on one of these. I had an eee PC before, but I returned it back to Amazon.com because it wasn’t working [...]
