Infinity Ward on Friday released the highly anticipated Call of Duty 4 Feature Patch over Xbox Live and unveiled the new enhancements that fans can look forward to.
New kill cams have been added to follow ambitious grenades, RPGs, M203’s, claymores, and Airstrikes. Multiplayer sessions will no longer be dropped if if the host player leaves, rather a new host will be assigned so play can continue.
The Feature Patch also includes improved sniper and ACOG accuracy for a more fluid and natural feel, and the Spectator Cam has been upgraded to follow matches in third-person, first-person, or 360 degrees. A quick mute option has also been added to silence potty mouth adolescents.
On Wednesday, the Infinity Ward blog said the Xbox 360 Feature Patch was “very very close” to release, and that the PS3 version would soon follow pending certification from Sony. - Gamepro.com
I think and hope that the Ps3 patch will come this Thursday, I just can’t wait anymore!!!!

Disney on Wednesday announced Ultimate Band for Wii and DS, no peripherals required (but isn’t that part of the fun?).
“Disney is working with some of the very biggest names in rock, alternative, popular, emo and indie rock music, allowing band mates to play sets from a broad selection of current hits and all-time rock favorites,” says a presser. “Friends and families can rock out on guitar, bass, drums or as the front man.”
Ultimate Band will exclusively use either the Wii remote or DS stylus when hitting on screen notes. Without the use of a microphone, however, we wonder if the “front man” will merely play the tambourine, or better still, the cowbell.
Sadly, a list of licensed tracks were missing from today’s announcement, but Disney says the included songs are “instantly-recognizable.. from every decade since the 60s.” The game is slated for a 2008 holiday release on Wii and DS.
More rhythm games can only be a good thing, but we’ll keep our expectations low until we learn more about Ultimate Band. - Gamepro.com

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Hillary Clinton and rival Barack Obama are running neck-and-neck in Ohio and Texas one day before their crucial Democratic presidential showdowns, according to a Reuters/C-SPAN/Houston Chronicle poll released on Monday. - Yahoo News
This is so exciting, I have no clue who is going to win.
Clinton, fighting to save her presidential bid after 11 straight wins by Obama, desperately needs victories in the big-state battles to keep her candidacy alive and face the Republican candidate in the November election.
Obama, an Illinois senator, has a slim advantage on Clinton in both states, although the leads are within the poll’s margin of error of just under 4 percentage points. - Yahoo News
Obama leads 47 percent to 44 percent in Texas, as Clinton gained 1 point overnight in the polling conducted by Zogby International. He leads 47 percent to 45 percent in Ohio, a turnaround from Clinton’s 1-point advantage on Sunday. - Yahoo News
Oh, never mind I think Obama has this one. I can’t wait to see what the outcome will be.
Obama has wiped out big leads in the last two weeks in both states for Clinton, a New York senator and former first lady, but in the final days of the race neither candidate has managed dramatic shifts.
“There are no big movements, no great swings, these are just very tight races,” pollster John Zogby said. “At least for now it doesn’t look like either one of them is going to be winning in a blow-out.”
Republican front-runner McCain, however, appears headed to easy victories in both states. He has big double-digit leads over his last major rival, former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee.
McCain, an Arizona senator, is moving closer to clinching the Republican presidential nomination and has built an insurmountable lead in delegates, who will choose the nominee at the party’s September convention. - Yahoo News
Hey what the heck happened to Ralph Nader? Wasn’t he running for President?
